MERCHANT COURT JETTY

Southbay were responsible for delivering a series of remedial works to an existing residential jetty structure located on the River Thames at Wapping, East London. Works included removal of marine growth, removal of spalled concrete, repair of corroded reinforcement, replacement of corroded reinforcement, crack repairs, and concrete replacement. The project involved a significant public interface, with the jetty located directly below a residential apartment block.
